Cheap airfare from San Francisco to Paris?

I am planning to fly to Paris from either San Francisco, California or San Jose California this June. So far the cheapest airfare has been $900 per person on Delta. I will be there from 6/15-6/25.
Is that a reasonable price. Do you think if I wait I might get a lower price. Do you know of any website that I could get better prices.
