My BF and I (late 20′s) are planning a trip to South America. Rio de Janeiro is ideal but we want to have other options . What are some other locations that have great beaches, a great night life, great food, shopping, culture, and beautiful sights all rolled up into one. We have a moderate budget so we are trying to plan as carefully as possible to make the most of our $.
