Over all, which is better, Toronto or Vancouver?

We’ve been living in Toronto for more than two years as immigrants. We are thinking of moving to Vancouver for the following reasons:

milder winter, nicer view, cheaper airfare to Manila and there’s a direct flight, fresh seafoods

As a Montrealer living in Toronto..I choose…
