Help with finding best Airfare?

I would like to go to Germany from Pittsburgh sometime next late June. I absolutely need the lowest prices (INCLUDING fees and taxes) if someone can give me any advice whatsoever, or any websites that are very cheap, that would be excellent. I’m trying to keep the cost anywhere under $900 to $1100 total. If it helps, my dad is on the Naval reserve (just in case of military discount)

The airfare quite bit and these sites are usually go to farecastcom they also have list of itself hope this helped.
