the norm is that you would issue a 3-day notice to quit or pay as soon as they are deliquent.
So if their rent is due no later than the 3rd…if not paid on the 4th you issue the 3-day notice (on their door and thru the mail).
If after the 72 hours they do not pay, you march to the courts and start eviction.
so – at this current time…you are a month behind. if you are not willing to work out a payment play with them, you need to get started with the 3-day notice.

Having the opportunity to share Croatia, my native country, with so many people around the world is a great satisfaction. Before Croatia gained its independence in 1992 after the four years of war, nobody knows about this small Mediterranean country, with one of the most beautiful sea coast and with more than 1000 islands, spotted between Slovenian border in the north and Montenegro on the south.
My passion is travel and my business was traveling. Even the fact that I have left my country and moved to Italy where I live today, my only aspiration was to build a web site about Croatia. I wanted to show to the world the beauty of this tiny country as I like to call it “Mediterranean as once used to be” .
But between wishing and doing there is a big gap and I simply didn’t know how to start. When I moved in Italy I was almost 45 years old, married and father of fourteen years old daughter. It was a period of struggling how to find a job in Italy, for me and my family. After 17 years I can say I was lucky to settle myself and my family and now when I have reached the age to get retired I suddenly asked myself:
“Why it took me so many years to find that my passion for traveling can be my additional income and pastime and why not to make a living doing what I love and what I know. And what is more important to do it in my spare time?”
English and Italian are my second languages. My computer knowledge was not on the highest level but discovering internet I realise that it can help me turn my travel hobby, passion or ability into a possible online business. By nature and thanks to Internet I was looking on any kind of online business, more globally than locally. That’s why I choose English language rather than Italian as a future website language.
Build a website! It sounds great. But not any kind of website. I wanted a website that works, the website with visitors, but not one-way visitors. I wanted visitors that come back to my website, visitors that like and find my site useful and trustworthy.

I myself am fascinated by the subject of ghosts as it plays a relatively unusual roll in the human psyche. Have your parents or even you not ever scared you or your children into behaving by telling you that this or that spirit, ghoul or other entity will come and get you or your child if there is no behaving. Also you have often heard stories of ghosts, spirits or other entities doing good for fellows in history by leading them out of danger or even leading others to their rescue. These paranormal beings have featured in stories where they have comforted, reassured and uplifted the spirit of those around them. Yet there is always an evil element to every character and you have probably heard of paranormal happening where people have been injured, killed, and mentally scared. Now the question that one has to ask is whether the injuries were self inflicted or were they perhaps bought about through mishandlement. Look at young children that are physically hurt by these so called paranormal events, they often portrait scratches, bruises and shallow cuts and these are even bought about under controlled conditions where the children are sleeping and with nobody near them.
The arguments are often endless and tend to go in continuous circles but there is no mistaking that through out history the subject has fascinated human kind and this even before the advent of scientists. So make up your own mind about what or what not to believe but do so with an open mind and without fear. Go and do those ghost tours, find your own sightings and explore the other side of human nature and only once you have done that will you be able to say with surety that you do or do not believe in ghosts.
